Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising to oversee the development and continuous enhancement of our online product catalog. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on web merchandising, requiring a unique blend of analytical skills, market insight, and a keen understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Catalog Management: Manage the online product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate, SEO optimized, and appealing to our target audience.
- Web Merchandising: Design and execute visual merchandising strategies on the website. Optimize product placements to maximize visibility and sales conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate timely launches, promotions, and site updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on product performance, web traffic, and user engagement metrics. Use insights to drive improvements and innovate merchandising strategies. Derive insights and share out to cross-functional partners.
- User Experience Optimization: Lead with best-in-class UX/UI practices to enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring it is customer-focused and brand-aligned.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing and sales forecasts.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in site merchandising in a direct-to-consumer business is required.
- Experience with ShopifyPlus is required.
- Experience with onsite search tools like Algolia, Klevu, and SearchSpring.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Lookr, SEMrush).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize product catalogs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking ability.
- Background in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.

This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
