The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful, detail oriented and accurate administrative professional.
The Office Manager will play a meaningful role in supporting the organization's Field Operations Department. This person must ensure competence and confidentiality in all aspects of the role as well as comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Office Management
- Maintain office supplies and amenities
- Manage office budget and cost savings
- Provide direct administrative support to Managers
- Plan and prepare assemblies, including monthly safety meetings
- Create and distribute labor and timekeeping reports to finance, operations and compliance.
- Manage expense reporting requirements, Nexonia
- Create and manage Field Ticket responsibilities.
- Support the Fleet Management program, Ford Pro
- Maintain reservations and relations with our Man Camp provider
- Facilitate new hire onboarding in conjunction with Hiring Managers, Safety and the Houston, Texas corporate office Human Resource department
- Interact with customers, drivers, vendors, auditors, and visitors in a manner that is consistent with GlobaLogix’s mission and policy statements
- Document management
- Drive performance and develop the office in a manner that is consistent with the Continuous Improvement processes
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Windows, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills
- Maintain high standards of work output
- Methodical and well-organized work habit with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and show initiative and motivation
- Ability to plan and allocate workload to achieve reporting and processing timetables
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing environment
- Highly developed sense of urgency and prioritization. Ability to multi-task.
Specific Expertise
- Minimum 2-5 years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience using Paycom
- Experience using Ford Pro
- Experience using Nexonia
This is a full-time, in-office position reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. Starting salary is determined by experience and education. We offer competitive benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, health/dental/vision/company paid life insurance and a 401k match.
