Position Summary
The Senior HR Generalist at AccelByte is a strategic and influential position aimed at harmonizing HR strategies with the organization's overarching objectives while cultivating a supportive and high-performance work environment. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, offering expert HR guidance, executing progressive HR initiatives, and championing the growth and welfare of our dedicated workforce.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the following functions and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify workforce needs, participate in the recruitment process, and ensure the selection of top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans, to drive employee growth and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
- Work on initiatives related to organizational change, development, and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, review and update HR policies as necessary, and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation strategies, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking.
- Work with the Training and Development Team to identify training and development needs, create training programs, and provide coaching to employees and managers.
- Utilize HR analytics to gather and analyze employee data, providing insights to inform decision-making and HR strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant work experience
- Proven experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a business partner or HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in Technical Recruitment is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English language.
- Flexibility to adjust to work routines/schedules.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
