As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh- pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.We are looking for the following open position in our Darmstadt Office (Germany):
- Provide support for all employees and managers on employment laws and HR-related matters.
- Provide in-depth HR expertise to develop HR solutions aligned with regional and group-wide business strategy.
- Close cooperation with the Works Council, including management of all necessary measures in accordance with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG) (hearings, works agreements, etc.).
- Management of recruitment, including preparation of job profiles, selection of candidates and job interviews.
- Responsible for the further development of HR processes, implementation of workshops and trainings.
- Proactive implementation of global and local HR processes, such as performance management, salary reviews, bonus and benefits, succession planning in close cooperation with local and European management team.
- Actively interface with the local payroll provider for the execution of monthly payroll processes.
- Management of personnel, preparation of all administrative documents (employment contracts, certificates and references).
Who you are:
- Successfully completed commercial training with several years of practical experience in human resources.
- Good knowledge of operational personnel work, wages and social security laws.
- Problem solving
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Several years of experience working in a matrix organization.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Assertiveness as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
