We provide innovative Billing and Financial Operations software solutions which enable our customers to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.As we expand our offerings, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) product offering. In this role, you will be a member of the Maxio Product team working within our scrum methodology to deliver great features to Maxio customers.

You will also help improve our development process by actively participating in backlog refinements, retrospectives and other scrum events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product life-cycles from ideation to launch and beyond, with a focus on driving user acquisition, retention, and expansion through industry leading product experiences.WHAT:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our PLG offerings. 
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion through product-led initiatives
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria so that the scrum team’s engineers are clear on what to develop and why it is being developed.
  • Work with engineers to define tasks to be completed in developing, testing, and delivering product features.
  • Lead sprint planning meetings to set objectives for each sprint and agile ceremonies to drive timely delivery of new capabilities to the market.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Resolve outstanding questions quickly in the development process to facilitate the team meeting the goal of each sprint.
  • Plan and partner with engineers and QA on releases of new features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

WHO:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading a Product-Led Growth (PLG) product portfolio with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment with scrum teams to define, develop, and deliver product features and enhancements
  • Experience in Billing, Financial Operations, or related FinTech SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience in setting and delivering on a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Strong skills in creating clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interface with engineers and functional stakeholders across the company
