You will be responsible for collaborating closely with Asure’s various teams to identify, establish, and oversee mutually beneficial partnerships. Responsibilities also include linking partners with relevant teams to advance partnership initiatives.   • Identify and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships and business development opportunities that align with Asure’s values and strategic objectives.
  • Define and develop new growth opportunities across diverse revenue streams.
  • Generate and nurture leads, fostering business-to-business relationships that align with Asure’s strategic business plan.
  • Create ongoing partnership visibility within Asure’s sales, reseller community and direct client base.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with management of the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Advocate for and represent the partner’s interests to all applicable areas of Asure.
  • Build and sustain key stakeholder relations and partnerships with external stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic plan.
  • Develop and implement partnership engagement plan.
  • Oversee and manage the negotiation and execution of all strategic partnership agreements and related documentation. 
  • Network and engage broadly across the industry to identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities
  • Notify partners of all Asure annual events that include sponsorship opportunities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Asure’s vast product offerings.
  • Strategize with partner on marketing, new sales and increasing revenue.
  • Monitor and track partner health through data-based health scores along with information to be obtained through regular partner engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in fintech, HCM, payroll and/or financial services.
  • Sound leadership experience with ability to achieve business outcomes within defined timeframes.
  • Experience negotiating commercial deals with financial institutions and technology companies.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to forge effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Well-developed knowledge, skills and experience in partnership growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally across a wide variety of functions, including at the C level.
  • Highly effective in networking, relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Experienced and proficient in developing and reporting on partner activity and growth.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio, prioritize and meet deadlines, sometimes working with incomplete information or managing conflicting issues in a professional manner.

CompensationThe base salary for this role is $100,000 with OTE of $150,000.This role offers a comprehensive benefit package. Benefits
