You will attract, hire, coach, mentor, and retain high performing Account Managers. This team will work within our SaaS book of business focused cross selling and upselling services to current clients to address potential solution gaps that would impact over all client retention cycles with both net new and named accounts. Your insights and experience will be key to the performance of our sales organization as we look to rapidly accelerate our growth in this area. How you will contribute

  • Drive revenue through current client upsells and cross sell engagements, meeting or exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics
  • Lead, inspire, manage, and mentor experienced account managers to maximize their individual potential and professional growth as well as ability to function effectively as a team
  • Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting to drive the right behaviors
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platforms, and competitive landscape
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Support and assist account managers with all aspects of the sales process including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close
  • Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts & pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and broader team
  • Listen carefully to clients to provide market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities
  • Partner with Implementation team to provide existing & new clients a seamless on-boarding experience
  • Creatively identify and help drive innovative programs to improve the sales organization
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives

Qualifications

  • Previous success as a SaaS software sales leader
  • Payroll and HCM experience preferred with a focus on small to medium size businesses
  • 5+ years software or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling
  • 2 + years sales management experience in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Keen understanding of the SaaS model
  • Sales star and expert negotiator
  • Experience working cross functionally, bridging the gap and relationships with Marketing, Operations Leaders, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, & HR
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and scale against aggressive growth targets
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results using Salesforce

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $90,000-$95,000 depending upon level of experience and an uncapped commission plan.   This role offers a comprehensive benefit package. Benefits
