Return Material Administration Controller

This role has an important compliance, production and customer focus objective. Will be responsible for managing RMA (Return Material Administration) processes, ensuring seamless communication between customers, Operations team, Customer Service, Sales and Technicians. A high attention to detail is required to ensure the customer receives the correct software required for their order and jurisdiction. This needs to meet high quality and stay in compliance with the various jurisdictional requirements within the areas we serve. The role also includes overseeing inventory counts and supporting inventory management improvements.

What You'll Do


  • Manage RMA returns and relay the RMA status to the RMA Administrator.
  • Program and check Progressive Hardware (Vertex & AMP Media Player) to comply with Jurisdictional requirements and to match the respective Sales Orders.
  • Ensure alignment with the warehouse team, customer service, and technicians regarding RMA.
  • Assess and select parts, determining the best course of action (repair, send to an external repair center, or discard).
  • Manage relationships with repair centers and coordinate with stores.
  • Return repaired parts to Stores, ensuring they are cleaned, labeled with a T-Part sticker, and fully functional for restocking.
  • Accurately count inventory that is moving through various locations.
  • Accurately record transactions in ERP System(Sage).
  • Work independently or in teams to count and reconcile inventory.
  • Identify root cause of the variance of the count performed.
  • Provide data on the current status of cycle counts.
  • Communicate all concerns and issues to management.
  • Use structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Support action plans to eliminate causes of variances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For


Required Skills and Experience:



  • 3 years of experience in electronics and working in warehouse environment

  • Experience working with an ERP (SAGE is a plus).

  • Fluent in English and a second European language.

  • Be competent with Microsoft Office products to be able to generate reports and or keep track of jobs in spread sheets

  • Have a basic understanding and interest in computers and hardware peripherals that work with computers.

  • Communication skills to liaise with both internal and external customers work unattended

  • Function in a high-pressure environment from time to time

  • Complete jobs on time when required urgently
