Pay:

Shift:
M-F 5:00am-1:30pm and assigned weekends.
Overtime shifts include 10- and 12-hour shifts, working between the hours of 5:00am and 5pm.

La Porte, TX 77571
The right candidate for this position should be able to:
- Be onsite at the facility prior to the normal shift start (At least 15 minutes).
- Beady ready to work at assigned start times.
- Overtime is not guaranteed and is based on the current needs of the business.
- Ability to rotate onto swing shift (5pm-5am), based on current needs of the business
- Accommodate special customer needs and schedules

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- US Citizen or Legal Resident
- Proficient in Reading / Writing English
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Blueprint Reading
- Physical Requirements per Engineering / Operations - Hourly JSA
- Preferred skills include:
- Rotor Balancing Experience
- Rotor Machining Experience
- Rotor Repair Experience
- Onsite / Millwright Experience
- Must pass background and drug screen.

- Perform Rotor Repairs, including:

- Blending
- Machining
- Welding
- Disassembly and reassembly of rotors and components.
- Rotor Balancing
- Machine, equipment, and tooling maintenance
- Procure and maintain personal tools
- Off-Site assignments, as assigned
- Other special tasks as assigned by management.
