What you'll be doing...
As a Trainer in the Pension Services Department, you have the opportunity to make a big impact on the department's ability to meet performance standards and achieve goals. You do this by ensuring that the team is trained effectively and efficiently; while also making sure the department documentation is maintained at the levels necessary so others can perform quality, accurate work.
- Develop and maintain interactive and engaging training programs
- Deliver successful training to new associates with diverse adult learning styles
- Assess trainee progress toward subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain department documents and training materials in OneNote
- Generate management reports for each training project to assess effectiveness
- Perform tasks related to department production (claims analysis) and staff support
- Other related duties including special projects and Trainer development
Who you are...
- Communicator. Strong communication/presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Tech Savvy. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & OneNote)
- Organized. Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experienced. Knowledge of multi-employer pension plans & training exp. (virtual/in-person)
- Traveler. Available to travel, by air, frequently requiring overnight stays
If hired, you can expect...
- Salary range of $5,460 - $7,388 per month (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
