Master Scheduler to join their facility in Seattle, WA. This company works on projects for the Aerospace, Defense, Energy and Infrastructure Industries. This position is 100% on-site in Seattle, WA.

- Salary: $107,000-$135,000/ year DOE
Primary Function:
The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating, managing, monitoring and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of project schedules. They will participate with project cost accountant to resource load schedules, produce projections, and support financial management tools and financial reports throughout the duration of all significant projects. The incumbent provides regular schedule reports, projections, and analyses to Project/Program Team, customers, and senior management. The role prepares ad hoc reports and analyses as required
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
- Create and manage all required project schedules, utilizing scheduling software including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Review specifications and contract documents; understand the project work, and the schedule and reporting requirements of the contract. Assume responsibility for assigned areas.
- Communicate with project management team to ensure that scheduling and EVMS efforts are managed in accordance with the contract requirements and meet internal reporting and management needs.
- Participate in PERT planning process; obtain input and participation in schedule development.
- Solicit input and participation by team subcontractors in planning and scheduling process. Integrate schedules from multiple providers.
- Identify correct logical relationships, constraints, etc. and propose best schedule methodology for the project.
- Works with production management team to develop budgets, resource and cost load schedule activities. Produce labor projections, graphs, and reports.
- Maintain, manage multiple project schedules. Solicit and provide input weekly progress updates.
- Produce schedules and schedule reports as required for both internal management and reporting to external customers.
- Incorporate scope changes and other changes to project schedules, analyze and report impacts.
- Works with internal and external resources to resolve conflicts, problems, and coordinate schedules.
- Ensures that an open communication system is available where all stakeholders are informed of any changes to the schedule
- Performs timely and accurate processing of schedule updates
- Monitor production process, workflow, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and finance teams to develop and maintain scheduling parameters
- Review production specifications, identify, and report work capacity constraints
Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required.
- AA degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of increasing responsibility in schedule creation, management capacity.
- Experience and familiarity with budgeting, estimating, and planning/scheduling principles is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of cost accounting and data processing systems is also a plus.
- Experience and understanding of NAVSEA Standard Items
- Experience and understanding of Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual
- Experience with PC and software applications such as Primavera version P6, Microsoft Project, scheduling and database programs.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Successfully pass a post offer background check and drug screen

OFFICE:
Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers.
