Product Manager / Business Analyst

We're looking for a Product Manager with strong Business Analyst focus to join our team and play a pivotal role in redefining simplicity and efficiency for our customers.

About the Role:


As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of merging two industry-leading platforms, creating a cohesive product that exceeds customer expectations. You will deliver the product roadmap and strategy, as defined by the Group Product Manager (GPM), and work to understand and solve customer challenges. Your role will involve managing the product life cycle from ideation through to development and enhancement, in a highly autonomous capacity.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identifying Business Problems and Opportunities: Analyze stakeholders' needs, identify effective solutions, and facilitate decision-making by highlighting benefits and options.
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Define use cases, gather and document business requirements, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Product Integration: Oversee product integrations with existing systems, ensuring seamless implementation with engineering teams.
  • Workflow Optimization: Document and improve workflow processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide actionable insights through data analysis, developing reports and dashboards.

Skills and experience required:


  • At least 5 – 8 years’ experience in business analysis and product management.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and workflow processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Sheets, SQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
