As a General Manager, MCG Consulting you will be responsible for the build-out and leadership of our consulting division, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services to clients at the intersection of healthcare and technology, all backed by MCG’s core expertise in evidence-based medicine.
You will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the consulting division in alignment with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
- Build the expertise in the consulting team necessary to deliver complex projects.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients in the healthcare industry.
- Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies and client retention.
- Act as lead consultant for key clients.
- Manage a high-performing team of expert consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Lead by example with specialized expertise in relevant area.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building a strong partnership to address key concerns and goals.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and deliver tailored solutions that drive value and impact.

- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a consulting firm, preferably in the healthcare and/or technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, including sales, client relationship management, and proposal writing.
- Deep expertise in a relevant healthcare or technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, collaborate effectively, and drive organizational change.
Pay Range: $200,000 - $280,000
