Consulting - Project Manager - Application Development and Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the planning and execution of custom development, ERP, and CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Work closely with developers, ERP specialists, Salesforce experts, and business units to deliver project outcomes within the contractual period.
• Apply agile and scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project performance against expectations, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and transparency.
• Lead risk management efforts to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating advanced development tools and methodologies into the project framework.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of project management experience, with substantial involvement in Application development projects including custom development, ERP, and Salesforce technologies.
• Experience in multiple types of Industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing agile projects that leverage Microsoft technologies.
• Proficient in Agile and Hybrid project management; Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills, capable of managing diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; Master’s degree is advantageous.
