The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully while supporting the technical deliverables of the CXS development and product departments. The CXS PMO is a critical component, so you need to be execution and delivery focused with proven leaderships skills that allow you to establish a culture of collaboration. This role is expected to have a keen eye on the performance of an objective and/or set of objectives in a technical software development environment and guide the team to course correct and adapt as needed to meet the changing business demands.

What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end project and/or program management of mid-scale, high-complexity, cross-functional products to ensure business success for the team, CXS organization, and the company.
Engage with Development, Quality, and Product Management teams in detailed scoping discussions, understanding the technology ecosystem changes being delivered.
Conduct thorough project assessments, including risk analysis, resource planning, and feasibility studies, to identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead and influence a team of diverse stakeholders to deliver projects on time by managing resources, risks, and expectations.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical knowledge by asking relevant questions to ensure risks are identified, and the project is tracking to scope/outcome.
Propose and drive continuous improvements into PMO and CXS organizations from well-facilitated lessons-learned sessions.
Clearly articulate and escalate appropriate risks, issues, and customer sentiment while moving the team and project forward.
Communicate flawlessly by tailoring information from multiple sources to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with project progress in a variety of formats.
Present expert-level analysis of impact, dependencies, and risk for any project deviations.
Distill and develop clear project plans, including milestones and deliverables, with minimal guidance for internal and external programs given a wide range of scope and information.
Operate comfortably with ambiguity and structure.
Mentor and train PMO peers as a first adopter of all new processes, tools, and systems.
Facilitate excellent meetings with clear agenda, engaged participants, and identified next steps.
Proactively track action items, working with the team to overcome hurdles to keep projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred.
8+ years’ experience in Project/Program management, global experience preferred.
5+ years of technical experience in software development to understand technology ecosystems for higher quality engagements and understanding of project solutions and approaches.
Robust understanding of software delivery life cycle.
Extensive experience in the full life cycle of project management from initiation through lessons learned and closure.
Exceptional interpersonal, team building, conflict management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Slack or equivalent tools.
Well-versed with Agile methodologies as well as more traditional project management
