The opportunity:
Your mission is to radiate warmth and friendliness to anyone walking into our office, greeting them and making them feel comfortable and at home. You will also be the first face our members, visitors, and teammates see when they enter our beautiful Center and in that context, you will have the responsibility of setting the tone for our service experience.You have a few years’ experience serving as a concierge or front desk-associate and may even have a hospitality, customer experience, or events management background.
You enjoy interacting with others and are a natural ‘people person’ that goes above and beyond to anticipate and deliver on the needs of others.You have a track record of owning problems from discovery to resolution, and you equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help out the team where needed - whether that be stocking supplies, or taking on tasks outside of your purview. Equally importantly, you put on your thinking cap to design long-term solutions that continue to iterate and improve upon our service experience in the Front of House. This role will report into the Center Operations Manager
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the greeter to members, checking them in, seamlessly handing them off to our team, and noting opportunities to improve our experience
- Cross-check appointments on multiple platforms and troubleshoot member issues.
- Utilize our existing practice management systems to support clinical operations and provide world-class customer service
- Serve as the hub for inquiries at the Parsley Health Center and assist members with labs, insurance, and supplement purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Center, inventory in the Lounge and Pantry, and partner with Center Ops Manager to collaborate with vendors (such as cleaning, plant, and ad hoc maintenance services)
- Serve as the point person for administering open and close procedures
- Complete analytical tasks in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Membership Experience, and Business Operations (i.e. mail and fax triage, medical records, lab operations communication)
- Provide practice-wide phone coverage for a portion of the day, triaging time-sensitive messages, escalating to management on-call, and resolving member inquiries.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics in support of seamless member experience including call handling time, member satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Communicate with the broader team around opportunities to improve office operations
- Following health and safety guidelines and keeping a clean and sanitary work environment
- Ordering Pantry and Center supplies
- Work daytime hours
What you’ll need:
- Ability to travel to our Center in West Hollywood daily M-F
- 2+ years experience of in-person (i.e. non-remote) hospitality, office management, concierge, customer service, or events production
- Deep-seated organizational skills and an innate desire for cleanliness and order; everything has a neat place in your ideal world, and you enjoy ensuring everyone around you has what they need to succeed
- An energetic, outgoing, friendly, genuine, and professional attitude
- A sincere sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability
- A get-stuff-done and no-task-too-small attitude; willingness to dive into the details and flex to support the team as needed; a passion for scalable processes and operations improvement

- Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. The salary for this role is $19.25/hour ($40,040 annually). We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
