As a Growth B.A, you will be the point of reference on understanding marketplace balance and optimizing the allocation of country budgets (Driver vs Passenger, Acquisition vs CRM). You will have responsibility in all seven countries in which Heetch operates today, working closely with the growth team, and local General Managers. You are pairing with the Chief Marketing Officer and General Managers to define the right growth strategy for their market. What will you do?As a growth business analyst, your goal will be both to support and challenge the Chief Marketing Officer and General Managers you are working with, and the main pillars of your scope will be:Marketplace analysis: digging into all our internal metricsGrowth Strategy: defining and developing our growth plans and experimentsCompetition Intelligence: Look for and analyze how our competitors are growing. Recommendations: Make recommendations to grow as fast as possible in a scalable manner. To do so, you will be in charge of setting business analysis frameworks, sharing high standards analysis methodologies, and enforcing data best practices.
You will also help us go deeper in our understanding of our complex marketplaces with advanced analyses.
