Account Manager, North England
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional sales and service to end-users of Corcym's Heart Valve product line. The incumbent will be accountable for setting and meeting sales goals in terms of units sold and revenue generated across designated territories. Continuous assessment of market dynamics, reporting on market trends, and devising effective strategies for the assigned territory will also be integral to the role.As an ideal candidate, you will have recent exposure to the clinical field and/or experience with the sales of medical devices to deliver clients quality service.
You are willing to learn and work to maintain amicable relations with current clients, as well as grow accounts in the assigned territories.
Candidates must reside in the North England.
Essential Functions:
- Attain sales targets for both volume and revenue, as well as pricing objectives.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with corporate goals.
- Continuously assess the market landscape in assigned areas, regularly reporting market insights and trends to management.
- Regularly propose sales objectives and strategic initiatives to management, supported by written reports and recommendations.
- Formulate promotional initiatives such as symposia, seminars, and webinars to drive sales goals in designated territories.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance policies and ethical standards in all sales and marketing endeavours.
- Maintain frequent customer engagement through product education, sharing clinical evidence, and regular visits.
- Uphold the company's image and visibility within assigned territories through consistent customer interactions, attendance at trade shows, and engagement with surgeons.
- Manage consignment inventories in accordance with company policies.
- Provide timely submission of monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and other required documentation.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the sales database through continuous updates.
- Prepare necessary reports and customer presentations as needed.
- Effectively manage territory expense budgets
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies to optimize revenue growth.

Education and Experience:
- Essential experience includes working within the Medical Device industry, preferably with Cardiovascular-related business.
- Experience in the hospital operating theatre environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understanding and application of compliance topics
- Strong history of leading and motivating teams to develop and implement commercial growth strategies in a matrix environment.
- Exceptional customer focus with ability to build relationships.
- Proven strategic selling skills necessary to achieve growth and sales objectives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and communication, with a talent for influencing and building trust
- Degree level preferred, in a field related to life sciences or healthcare ideally but not essential
