We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support our finance, operations, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn more about running a software consultancy business and grow into an operations manager. Visibility into most business areas and the opportunity to learn fast is guaranteed, as the ideal candidate will contribute to the success of Janea Systems by assisting with and owning various tasks in multiple departments.

- Business processes: Own and maintain a set of business processes. Work on reducing operational overhead, thus improving the scalability of the company.
- Project Management Support: Assist in internal project oversight, maintain data accuracy in management systems and tools, and prepare business review presentations.
- Administrative and Document Management: Facilitate document creation and management, including contracts, operational paperwork and process documentation.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis for business performance assessments and financial forecasting. Maintain key company performance metrics and provide an overview of performance to the leadership team.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and support company events and online all-team meetings.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Engage with team members across departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance to company standards and external regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data.
- At least 12 to 18 months of work experience in a related field and setting.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part o f a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ideal Candidate:

- Able to work under limited supervision but seek guidance when necessary.
