YPrime’s Finance and Accounting team is looking for a Billing Specialist. In this role you will collaborate with internal account executives to solve client questions and communicate with clients to ensure all open questions are resolved and paid timely. You’ll be based in our Malvern, Pennsylvania Headquarters.
Here are some more details about the job:
- You'll coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all invoices are sent to clients accurately and in a timely manner
- You'll ensure financial systems accurately represent current project financial positions
- You'll perform periodic balance sheet, project, and other reconciliations
- You'll support bad-debt provision analysis on a periodic basis
- You'll perform ad hoc analysis and create reports, as necessary, to key operating cash flow decisions
- You'll identify areas for process improvement, communicate ideas effectively, and implement those processes
