Job Description
Lumotive is seeking a Lead Analog Circuit Design Engineer to lead the next generation development of analog control electronics for the Light Control Metasurface (LCM) beam forming chips. The ideal candidate will define and lead the development of active matrix LCM technology by collaborating with optical, process and chip design engineers. The candidate will be responsible for circuit development which includes working with foundry to design and develop transistor array, layout, reliability analysis, tape-out, silicon bring-up and successful production of the optical chip.
The position requires a seasoned and self-motivated leader with a thorough, detail-oriented approach to design, who thrives in a multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
PhD or MS in EE with 10+ years of experience or BS in EE with 15+ years of experience in analog and circuit design.· Proven track record of leading transistor-level analog integrated circuit development of active matrix arrays like LCD/OLED displays or DRAM/SRAM memory.· Relevant experience in DRAM/SRAM memory development which includes cell development, layout and simulation will also be considered.· Strong background in high voltage process from leading foundries, device development, testing and validation.· Strong understanding of device physics, reliability, and characterization of silicon devices, including leakage reduction techniques· Good proficiency with transistor-level circuit design tools like Cadence Virtuoso and AMS Design and Simulation flow including Monte Carlo and Aging simulation.· Strong understanding of physical verification and parasitic extraction tools and methods.· Hands-on experience & technical knowledge in the design and development of active matrix displays and their analog circuit characterization.· Strong lab skills paired with experience in debugging and evaluating silicon.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information
Pay range is $180,000 to $220,000 (USD) and scaled according to location + Performance based Quarterly Bonus + Equity depending on experience.
