Dealerware’s team is currently hiring a HR Generalist. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving employee experience initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for proficiency in Paycom HR software.
As a HR Generalist, you will:
- Partner closely with management to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Implement and enhance HR policies, programs, and processes to improve employee experience and support company growth.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate employee training sessions on HR topics.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and optimize efficiency.
- Lead internal communications campaigns that educate and inform employees, driving them to take action and engage in key initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement initiatives that support and enhance DEI and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee experience and compliance.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paycom, for HR data management and analytics.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or automotive environment is preferred.
