How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
You will drive the ideation and execution of 360° go-to-market plans for core campaigns + new launches by working cross-functionally with teams including Product Development, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Regulatory, Digital Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer, Global, Creative, and Key Accounts.
As a Director of Global Brand Marketing, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Developing new product launch plans, core product campaigns, evergreen marketing and brand activations.
- Owning campaign concepts + messaging, storytelling & messaging evolution, content strategy, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce assets, press releases, influencer guidelines and activation concepts.
- Responsible for the development and deployment of launch toolkits.
- Developing new product campaigns for launch + sustained plans for A++ launches.
- Designing global go-to-market consumer engagement frameworks for new launches and brand support campaigns, laddering up to campaign concept and authentically connecting the brand to global target audiences.
- Working closely with Creative, Product, and US channel leads to ensure the marketing idea comes through effectively and cohesively through the marketing funnel in a strong 360 plan.
- Delivering storytelling for marketing that ladders up to the brand point of difference.
- Developing advertising content strategy to align with US media plan and platforms.
- Partnering with creative and wholesale teams to drive brand concepting for visual merchandising.
- Developing clear & thoughtful creative briefs for internal and external content team to create best-in-class assets.
- Contributing to content creation process with clear feedback & strategic direction.
- Creating and updating the Brand marketing calendar including new product launches, re-support, brand moments.
- Partnering with regional and channel leads to develop a deep understanding of market and customer segment opportunities to create campaigns that drive revenue goals.
- Driving global calendar adoption.
- Developing market-specific campaign kits + limited edition skus.
The Details:
- Location: We are based in Seattle, and although we are looking nationally, local candidates are preferred
- Hours: Typically, business hours but with flexibility to global time zones and extended hours as needed
- Physical requirements: Ability to both sit for long periods of time & handle long periods of screen time
- Travel requirements: Up to 15%
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 10+ years marketing experience.
- Experience working in prestige beauty, luxury or fashion industries, with a deep understanding of the skincare market.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate new ideas and work with creative teams to break through in the market.
- Experience with wholesale partners, e-commerce, and understanding of the omnichannel dynamic to develop relevant and effective marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in providing marketing thought leadership—taking consumer insight and using it to drive thinking and strategic decisions.

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:
$165,000 - $185,000 USD/annually

We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.
The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
