What are we looking to add to the team? 


As our Regional Director, Sales, your role is pivotal in the success of our Sales Organization. We're seeking someone who is eager to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact in a diverse and passionate environment.

What you will do:


  • Team Development: Build, nurture, and promote a positive and productive team culture. 
  • Achieving Revenue Goals: Consistently meet and exceed team revenue targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to ensure holistic success and growth for your team.
  • Sales Coaching: Mentor and guide your team through different sales stages, fostering a deep understanding of customer needs and how the SeekOut platform aligns with them.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and impactful communication with your team and senior management.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize and lead sales meetings and one-on-ones, to provide constructive feedback and valuable sales insights.
  • Performance Analysis: Identify key areas in sales performance for improvement and commendation, implementing strategies to enhance sales metrics.
  • Sales Intelligence: Leverage business intelligence tools to deliver insightful sales data to marketing, product and sales teams.

You will be a great match if you:


  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as HR, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition is a significant advantage.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 5-10, with a focus on servant leadership.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability in communicating across various organizational levels.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven knowledge and experience with modern sales methodologies and tools. Experience with the principles of Value Selling and MEDDICC are desired but not required.
  • Forecasting Skills: A strong track record in sales forecasting and delivering consistent results.
  • Drive and Autonomy: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; is innovative, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Development-Orientation: Enjoys mentoring and contributing to the success of others.
  • Eagerness to Grow: Exhibits a strong desire to learn, coupled with coachability and curiosity.
  • Collaborative Competition: Balances a team-oriented approach with a competitive drive.
  • Passion: Shows a genuine enthusiasm for sourcing, people, and our product.

Our goal is to provide a transparent, fair and rewarding environment where team members are equitably compensated for substantially similar work, feel supported, and ultimately choose to grow their careers here at SeekOut.  To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members, we factor in an individual's unique skills and experience, market data, and the internal equity of the team. For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).On Target Earnings $300,000.00 - 340,000.00 per year SeekOut offers an industry-leading benefits package which includes:
