The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote SwipeTrack Solutions and our flagship product, XTruLink. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral:Develop and design marketing materials for XTruLink and SwipeTrack Solutions, including brochures, flyers, product sheets, and presentations.Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our value propositions.Marketing Campaigns:Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for email marketing, landing pages, and advertisements.Conference and Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate company participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and events.Manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.Social Media Management:Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.Create, schedule, and monitor social media content, responding to interactions and analyzing performance metrics.Content Creation:Write and edit content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and press releases.Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and materials.Assist in other marketing-related tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
