We're seeking innovative problem solvers to join our growing Paid Search Marketing (SEM) team in which you can own the SEM strategy and implement the strategy for our clients while continuing to innovate and forge a path within the SEM channel. We are looking for agile individuals who have a passion for SEM and are looking for engaging challenges that will help shape the search landscape for our clients and the industry. Responsibilities


  • Lead tactical execution and optimization of Search programs, and be responsible for optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activities
  • Coach junior team members on how to perform daily account management on Google Ads, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients
  • Lead creative and messaging strategies that adhere with Google best practices and client goals
  • Define strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance and provide cross channel recommendations to maximize revenue and investment for clients
  • Motivate & mentor junior teammates, serving as a search leader across PMG - Drives adoption of PMG's proprietary technology platform Alli within account, and provides product recommendations that can be leveraged across PMG
  • Provides PMG wide search training & helps to lead departmental initiatives - Integrates highly technical solutions to create custom solutions for clients to drive business results
  • Manages a team of SEM professionals and deploys resources to maximize individual potential & client impact.
  • Evaluates resource needs across paid search needs and identifies opportunities to maximize impact"

Skills & Experience


  • 6+ years of related work experience
  • 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL
  • Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology

PMG is the industry expert in CHC revenue cycle management. We assist with all aspects of the revenue cycle from point of service to final adjudication of the claim. We work to optimize each client's position legally and ethically.
