Work you will do as an ISOutsource Staff Accountant:
- Assist in monitoring & process daily banking activities
- Assist in AP cycle including review, process, and payment; 1099 Reporting
- Assist AR cycle including billing, statements, deposits & collections
- Assist in projects review and create corresponding invoices
- Review employee time entries and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Perform accounting review & invoicing for client projects
- Prepare monthly Product invoices in coordination with Products team
- Generate client credit memos as needed
- Assist in resolving client related inquiries and issues
- Client onboarding & offboarding processing
- State and Cities B&O Tax Filing
- Assist with month-end closing (Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet reconciliation, JE preparation, generating Accrual Revenue report and KPI reporting)

Highly sought-after experience and skills include:
- Knowledge of general financial accounting
- Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including 10-key proficiency
- Experience with CRM and accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP and ConnectWise preferred)
Requirements:
- Accounting (or related) degree (AA or 4-year degree).
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license with insurance
