RFP Coordinator

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire proposal development process from inception to submission.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications.
• Develop proposal schedules, outline responsibilities, and set deadlines for team members.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and other departments to gather necessary information and content.
• Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ensure all proposals adhere to company branding and quality standards.
• Maintain a database of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and previous submissions.
• Monitor and track proposal status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in post-proposal activities, including debriefs and lessons learned to improve future submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Marketing, Information Science & Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with proposal management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the IT and networking industry is desirable.
