The Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.This position is responsible for providing support to customers using new and emerging technologies; and new and emerging ThoroughCare products.
An adept understanding of complex technology ecosystems, how our customers would apply them and how to troubleshoot is essential. - Analyze Customer Requirements: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design Technical Solutions: Develop and design efficient and scalable technical solutions that meet customer specifications. Demonstrate an adept understanding of complex technology ecosystems, how our customers would apply them and how to troubleshoot is essential
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and clinical professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, business analysis or technology system analyst roles
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Saas environments, PostgreSQL, and software development in Ruby on Rails
- Technology stack: PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails/Vue.js framework, Java, XML, APIs, AWS cloud, web services, ERP's, network architecture, database or application performance issues
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
- Experience with issue tracking/project management tools (e.g. Jira) a plus
- Travel to client sites may be required
