The Role
A Partner Account Executive excels in winning new business by forming strategic partnerships with system integrators. They identify key system integrator partners who can enhance the deployment of Youreka Labs' intelligent field service solutions. By understanding the unique capabilities of both Youreka Labs and their partners, they create compelling joint value propositions for prospective clients. Their role involves coordinating with system integrators to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of Youreka products.
Effective communication, deep industry knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Functions
- Deliver on revenue goals quarter over quarter by attacking the market with a hunter mindset.
- Think strategically about your go-to-market approach and how to effectively scale your partnership portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract generation, redlining, and other deliverables for closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients post-sale and keep a pulse on additional opportunities.
- Effectively leverage internal resources (customer success, product, legal) when needed to close business.
- Understand Youreka’s value proposition and solutions using appropriate value-based sales approaches.
- Engage decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Leverage Salesforce to pursue new business including forecasting, collaborating with team members, tracking activity, and reporting on deal progression.
- Independently manage time and responsibilities to ensure consistent quota fulfillment, newly created opportunities, administrative task completion, and overall account management.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience owning the full sales lifecycle.
- 2+ years experience of partner sales
- History of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferable) or another CRM tool.
Salary
The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including skill set, residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission, equity, and benefits, which are not included in the provided pay range.
Location
Youreka fully accommodates remote work, as long as you have a permanent residence in the US. Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there!
