We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Cost Estimator to support the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) customer. This position will focus on EVM for Multiple Defense Acquisition Programs.This role resides in our SETA Divisionand reports to our Vice President of Program Communications. This position is on site at Fort Meade with no travel requirement.

Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the quality of EVM data submittals and perform data analysis, trend analysis, and develop government Estimates at Completion.
- Facilitate, conduct, and document Program Status Reviews (PSR) and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs).
- Develop and provide training associated with IBRs and other EVM activities.
- Evaluate the quality and thoroughness of EVM data analysis conducted by other organizations and provide the evaluation to the Program Office.
- Conduct EVM system (EVMS) reviews to assess a contractor's compliance with standards.
- Participate in EVMS joint surveillance reviews or other EVMS surveillance activities to assess the contractor's continued compliance with standards.
- Respond to requests for EVM contributions from government program and other offices, to include training, data analysis, and independent cost and schedule forecasts.
- Conduct comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) analysis using automated tools and investigative techniques that result in a government position on the reasonableness of contractor provided IMS inputs.
- Respond to government program office needs for the design of EVM Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items to be used in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Review EVM requirements in relation to source selection activities.
- Evaluate the use of EVM tools.
- Provide direction regarding the strategic planning and implementation of EVM systems and tools as well as innovative ways to conduct EVM and/or project control management leveraging EVM principals and concepts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BS/BA and 18 semester hours in quantitative analysis courses or nine (9) semester hours in quantitative analysis and nine (9) semester hours in business and accounting.
- Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in Earned Valune Management analysis and cost performance report analysis. At least three (3) of the six (6) years shall be in DoD and/or IC acquisition earned value management experience.
