www.connectrn.com.As the Market Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering enduring partnerships with our healthcare facility clients in Skilled Nursing Facilities & Long Term Care, aimed at enhancing satisfaction, ensuring retention, and facilitating growth. You'll serve as the primary liaison, driving product utilization and promoting the adoption of best practices. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing market launches, spearheading new client acquisition initiatives, and nurturing existing relationships within your designated accounts.

You will…


  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships across a diverse book of business focusing on independent, regional, and national chains in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long Term Care Facilities.
  • Spearheaded strategic initiatives to cultivate and expand market presence statewide, including targeted actions in specific sub-markets to drive growth and penetration.
  • Provide and execute business development strategies that would support the expansion of an active client base and develop net new partnerships.
  • Drive prospects through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging market insights and client relationships to achieve and exceed assigned quotas.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, documenting all activities and updates in Salesforce.
  • Conduct prospect meetings and presentations over Zoom, ensuring thorough handoffs to the account management team for all new clients.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews to both the Leadership team and members of the Executive team.
  • Attain a thorough grasp of market conditions by utilizing our extensive technological resources and Business Intelligence tool to generate proprietary reports on market dynamics to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Utilize insights to manage upwards and laterally, collaborating with, SVP of Skilled Nursing, Directors of Partnerships and members of the Executive team to drive informed decisions.Develop and execute individual sales plans to ensure monthly targets are met, optimizing market development efforts based on success metrics.

You have…


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Skilled Nurse Facilities and  Long Term Care
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing a diverse book of business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%, discretionary upon needs for business development efforts)
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strategic mindset towards market development
