remote Azure Systems Engineer/Architect!
What is the location, shift, and pay of the Azure Systems Engineer?
- Pay: up to $110,000 annually
- Shift: regular business hours, but supporting all time zones
- Remote
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Designs, builds and troubleshoots advanced systems infrastructure issues
- Designs and oversees user security access and permissions to systems devices as instructed by the systems manager or team leader
- Architects all facets of physical servers, virtual servers, VMWare hosts, and virtual machines
- Azure UAA Planning, Design, and Administration.
- Using Intune: Autopilot, MDM, MAM
- PowerShell scripting
- Security, Storage, VDI, Entra ID, Logging and Monitoring
- Working on Exchange configurations and Tennant consolidations
- O365 Planning, Design, and Administration
- Licensing structures
What other experience is a huge plus?
- Veeam
- VMWare
- HyperV
- AWS
- Essential Network Infrastructure Knowledge
- Azure DevOps
- Terraform
- Kubernetes
What Qualifications Will You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of Azure architecture
- Great communication skills as you will be client-facing
- Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize
- Owning the Service/Quality Initiative; you continually improve and quantitatively monitor processes
