HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. What You’ll Do
- Assist new and existing customers in utilizing the company platform by providing advanced configuration guidance and top-tier issue resolution.
- Work closely with customers as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback to the Product Management and Engineering Teams on customer feature requests and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams to improve documentation, ease of use, and automation.
- Fully understand the detection and mitigation of security threats and related automated attack and fraud models with regards to how the integration would be optimized to support this.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and technologies, and maintain expertise through ongoing education and professional networking.
Who You Are
- Solid understanding of Bots, Automated Attacks, Application Security, OWASP Top 10, Internet Telecommunication, and the Cybersecurity Industry. Ability to align customers’ business needs with technical solutions.
- 5-9 years of experience as a Security Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with exposure to NGINX, Apache, Node, PHP, .NET.
- Experience with CDN technologies, DNS, WAF, APIs, and load balancing services.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise customers.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently.
- Ownership mindset for delivering appropriate technical solutions.
- Calm demeanor to prevent escalations and resolve customer issues.
- Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux/UNIX, and Virtualization Environments.
- Proficiency in Programming and Scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Shell, PHP, Node.js.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with new customers.
The base pay range for this position is $135,000- $165,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
