The result is a workplace that’s fast, exciting and fun.Speaking of moving fast - we've got a great new product idea that we want to get into production early next year, and we're looking for a commercially minded, customer focused product manager to get it there. Someone who can quickly get up to speed with the customer requirements and work with a crossfunctional team to deliver the solution.

  • Use customer data and feedback to inform the design and implementation of our newest product
  • Define requirements and deliver the context necessary for our designers and engineers to come up with the best possible solutions 
  • Drive the project schedule from design to release, including coordinating market launch and customer adoption 
  • Test the performance of the new product, refine assumptions, and iterate quickly 
  • Help shape the vision and product strategy for the company 
  • Demonstrate a real obligation and responsibility towards customers, the product team, and other stakeholders 
  • Understand our customers, the data we store for them, our business, and the industries we support 
  • Write and own the business cases for your product initiatives 
  • Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure a consistent customer experience across products 

Some of the things you'll need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong track record of bringing SaaS applications to production quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience in product management OR as general manager or CEO of a startup
  • Strong technical background and understanding
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • BI/analytics experience/understanding
  • A growth mindset and a bias for action
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
