Role Overview


As the Growth Marketing Manager at Wodify, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to fuel our growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your primary focus will be on Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit communities, leveraging data-driven insights and creative storytelling to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention in the Jiu-Jitsu and CrossFit markets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social media, events, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and social media updates.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize strategies. Proficiency in data and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush is essential.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with gym owners and potential clients.
  • PPC Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns across platforms, optimizing for conversions and ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve KPIs.
  • Branding: Maintain and enhance Wodify’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.

Qualifications


  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in the fitness or gym management software industry is a strong plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and analytics platforms (e.g., SEMrush).
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
