We have a great opportunity for a Workfront Training Consultant to develop and execute training plans, pathways, and materials to effectively train clients on Workfront and AEM, process changes, and new technologies to jumpstart their digital transformation.

this is a remote, work from home position
As a Training Consultant at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with clients to understand training needs and learning requirements
- Lead clients through strategic training and enablement to maximizing adoption, performance, and success across their business applications and goals
- Support the creation of a curriculum to include the identification of objectives, goals, outcomes, and assessments
- Create training collateral based on curriculum using a variety of modalities to include PowerPoints, video, word documentation, and other SaaS - based solutions
The following skills will set you up for success:
- 1-3 years experience in training planning, content creation, and delivery
- 1-3 years of change management
- 2 years of Workfront. Workfront Certification is a PLUS
- Experience with AEM as an end user (not a developer) and ideally delivered training on it
- The ideal candidate also has a background in marketing communications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and relationship skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
