Paragone Solutions, Inc. (Paragone) is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support for customers who experience computer and software issues in the areas of standard Windows desktop applications as well as applications developed by its vendors. This position serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software problems and building new computers, VMs, and configuring O365/Azure Tenants.
Experience and Skill
- A minimum of five years computer support experience required. Technician is familiar with standalone and network computers and associated peripheral devices
- Two (2) years experience in Office 365 and Azure tenant management.
- Two (2) years experience in computer system/network support;
- One (1) year of specialized experience related to Windows 10/11 configuration on both virtual and laptop computers
- One (1) year of specialized experience with Office 365 and Azure user administration
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of computer networking and IT support
- Familiarity with desktop support, VPN, firewall, TCP, SCCM, GPO, and Mac OS
- Strong technical support skills
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CompTIA A+ certification is required
