  • You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client.
  • You will create documentation and participate in project meetings.
  • Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution.
  • Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead.
  • Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using always using the best practices available.
  • Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training.
  • Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting client’s specification.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person in every step of the process.

What You Need to Do the Job:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Software development/consulting/implementation, preferably in corporate performance management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Vena software (or similar CPM products), including its features, functionalities, capabilities, configuration, and customization.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
  • Experience with databases concepts and expertise in MS Excel.
  • Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings.
  • High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions.
  • Ability to travel for short trips frequently to customer facilities when needed.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.
