Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing software updates and upgrades, conducting system maintenance, and assisting with network configurations. As a customer-focused technician, you will also communicate with clients professionally, understanding their needs and delivering effective IT solutions.To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in IT service desk support or a similar field. Familiarity with MSP operations is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who displays a genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will interact with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. Requirements
To be considered for the position of IT Service Technician for an MSP at ONE2ONE Inc., you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in IT service desk support or a similar IT role
- Familiarity with MSP operations (preferred)
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of different operating systems
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration
- Experience in user administration in MS Exchange
- Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking
