- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
- The successful candidate will have experience with XML Schemas, data or process abstraction, or database design experience.
- Required skills/experience:• Hands-on experience with XML/XSD• Experience with data or process abstraction, or database design experience• Critical reasoning• Strong communication skills• Familiarity with agency data formats (SOTF/BME, BLMA, TSDF)• Confluence• Jira
Some of your day-to-day activities:
- Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interact with the government customer regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
- Perform systems engineering activities and develop and deliver work products of either the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas.
