cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Team Lead to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Responsibilities:
- Lead the PM team for a large-scale project.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of three full-time employees who support the Government PM group
- Develop strategies, processes, and procedures to support the health of the program
- Develop project / program communications
- Support management of project workstreams, coordinating across workstreams for status reporting, coordinating content related to briefings
- Engage with senior leaders across the Government
- Responsible for cross-team collaboration/integration management, on and offboarding support, risk and issue support, internal project team communications, and subcontractor support/management
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Secret clearance or eligible to obtain Secret clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
- 6 years' experience in similar role
- Resource management experience in a Team Lead/Supervisor capacity
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Agile, Jira and Confluence
- PMO experience
- Experience supporting DOD programs
- Experience with Finance systems a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework or scrum
