What You will do:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Systems engineering management plan, system manuals, user guides, and IT documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather and verify technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure all documentation meets company standards for style, clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Utilize content management systems and other tools to publish and maintain documentation.
- Participate in peer reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical writer or in a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience writing Systems engineering management plan, IT strategy plan, system design document.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
