https://www.paragontech.com/Responsibilities:1. Evaluate, build and test cylinders, pumps and motors.2. Evaluate warranty hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors.3. Attend advanced training within hydraulic field.4. Reverse engineer hydraulic components.5. Create and document testing procedures.6. Train new and/or junior level hydraulic technicians.7. Provide hydraulic field service to off-site customers on an as needed basis.8. Design test fixtures and test set ups.9. Conduct intercompany training sessions.10.Coordinate workflow for machine shop with Production Manager.11.Coordinate with Production Manager on problem jobs, afterhours ESFs, andcapital improvements for the hydraulic department.12.Maintain and ensures acceptable cleanliness levels within hydraulic test area andhydraulic work station.13.Ensures safety rules and safe work practices are followed throughoutdepartment.14.Participate in continuous improvement through training and associatedevelopment.15.Must be able to correctly size, design and select proper seals and sealingmaterial.16.Able to read precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.17.Own every basic hand tool and many specialty tools to service hydraulicequipment at an advanced level.18.Must be able to identify component serviceability and level with a high degree ofaccuracy.19.Able to trouble shoot hydraulic systems and assist customers by phone or email.20.Other duties as assignedhttps://www.paragontech.com/www.sun-source.comWould you rather see what we have to offer?
