As we continue to grow in the support of our government customers, we are looking for driven and innovative individuals to join our team.IT Concepts is currently seeking an experienced RPA/UiPath Solution Architect to act a trusted advisor who collaborates cross functionally with internal ITC teams, executive leadership, and clients to design a vision and architecture for solving specific business problems using RPA/UiPath automation capabilities. This role is part of a fast-paced and fast-growing part of ITC, Technology Partnerships, which reports into the Chief Strategy Officer and Growth team.

It is also strongly aligned to technology solutions and innovations developed by the Chief Innovation Office (CIO) team. Strengthening and formalizing technology partnerships and growing services revenue through our technology partnership platforms is a priority for ITC and a priority for our leadership. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical and project implementation experience in the UiPath platform. A deep understanding of the UiPath platform is needed but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get visions built into successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate & nurture business leads & opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand client business process challenges that are qualified for RPA solutioning.
  • Design and develop scalable RPA/end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.
  • Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities.       
  • Familiarity with documenting solution design for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support implementation teams as the develop/test/implement UiPath solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and support to internal team members on UiPath tools and best practices.
  • Develop internal and external documents such as marketing collateral, training, etc. related to UiPath
  • Engaging Storytelling: Utilize compelling storytelling techniques to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner during presentations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and industry trends with commitment to growth.

Requirements


Required Qualifications


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a leading role in delivering RPA projects successfully and on time to clients.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI clearance.
  • Proven full-cycle Deployment Experience: Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full-cycle deployments, operations, and maintenance of UiPath automation solutions, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and expertise in all phases of the automation lifecycle.
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Ability to present technology to lay persons in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, marketing materials, and presentation content, ensuring complex information is accessible to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in highly cross-functional teams to drive task completion and results. 
  • Able to work independently when given high level direction.
  • A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude.
  • Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions.
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
  • A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams.
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
  • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.

Preferred Skills:


  • UiPath Associate Developer and/or UiPath Advanced Developer certifications
  • Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to RPA.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Current knowledge of technology trends/landscape, i.e. AI
  • RPA/ Process automation using tools like UiPath
  • Federal government experience
