We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems for VectorVMS. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and optimum performance of our infrastructure, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement robust systems, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of our systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system or network issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet the requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to make recommendations.
  • Advise senior management about critical updates, system malfunctions and vulnerability

Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a System Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Proficiency in server administration and configuration management.
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of data privacy

Preferred Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications and certificates.
