We are seeking a GFEBS Business Analyst to join an RPA development team supporting our federal customer’s financial system. The GFEBS Business Analyst will help solve our client’s complex issues by learning the intricacies of the client’s business and recommending improvements in their organizational structure, policies, business processes, system landscape, etc. The candidate for this role should have experience with data requirements gathering, reporting, and analytics. Candidate should also possess interpersonal skills to communicate requirements, design, and development to technical team, client, and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, process, interpret, and analyze accounting processes and financial reports and statements.
- Conduct, formulate, execute and perform financial analysis in support of client programs.
- Develop training documents and conduct trainings for government staff on related topics.
- Support data analysis, data cleansing and reconciliation of data across different systems.
- Review, maintain, and update standard operating procedures.
- Work within a larger RPA development team to identify automation requirements, produce documentation, and develop/deploy automations.
- Interface directly with customer stakeholders to understand process workflows, inputs, and outputs.
- Define business requirements and create detailed business analysis, process assessment, and solution for stakeholder.
Requirements:
- Secret security clearance
- Minimum Five (5) years of governmental financial experience
- Five (5) years’ experience in SAP/Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Software
- Three (3) years of experience with GFEBS
- BS/BA Degree or year’s equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or six years of equivalent relevant experience that is inclusive of GFEBS/DAI.
