1SEO Digital Agency is a private-equity backed digital marketing company located 30 minutes north of Philadelphia. Our “mission” is to enable high quality local service providers to make effective connections with qualified customers located within 25 miles of their office. We are converting a legacy digital marketing agency into a B2B technology company that sells “marketing as a service” to local service providers.
Our entire team works from our office in Bristol, PA, but our clients have physical offices in one or more cities across the US or Canada and fall in one of three categories: home services, health & wellness, or professional services. $0 - $0 a yearWe are looking for a Sales professional to join our team at 1SEO Digital Agency as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified booked appointments, expanding our market presence, and securing new business.
Your main duties will involve generating fresh sales leads, establishing a strong market presence for 1SEO Digital Agency, and pursuing new business development opportunities.Your mission will be to identify and nurture new business prospects through cold calling, cold emailing and lists such as referral partner lists. Your main goal will be to book qualified appointments for Account Executives for 1SEO to acquire new clients. To do this, you will be responsible for building and monitoring your own lead pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of immediate and long-term opportunities to be booked for Account Executives. Additionally, there will be daily and monthly reviews of reports on your activities, which will require you to maintain call volume, conversations and bookings. This will require use of our management software within Salesforce. Please find the following requirements of the position below: ·Prospect, Identify, and Develop new business opportunities by cold outreach by cold-calling/cold-emailing prospective clients on a daily basis. ·Gain market position for 1SEO Digital Agency by setting appointments within Home Services, Health & Wellness and Professional Services. ·Build your own lead pipeline to ensure a continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities provided to Account Executives.·You must make 400 calls per day made to anyone interested in speaking further.
You must make contact with 200 new contacts per day. You must have 10 conversations per day with the title confirmed of a decision maker that is interested in digital marketing services with 1SEO. There will be a requirement of 10 bookings per week of qualified leads for Account Executives to do an audit on their digital marketing. A qualified booking is the following:Budget ($2,000+ in digital marketing budget)Timeline (looking to make a decision within 60 days) Authority in decision making within United States or Canada within these 3 industries: Home Services, Health and Wellness, Professional Services.
Required Skills and Experience:
·MINIMUM of at LEAST 3-4 years experience as a Sales Development Rep, making cold calls and booking appointments. ·At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce·Prior experience of at least 3-4 years as a Sales Development Representative, setting qualified appointments for a sales team
