We have served over 1 million customers with our FlexSeries™ Shaving Kits and other premium grooming tools, earning a reputation for quality and reliability.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce UX Designer & CRO Strategist to lead our user experience and conversion rate optimization efforts.
This role combines UX design, CRO strategy, and product management to create a seamless and engaging user journey. You will work closely with our Head of eCommerce, developers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an eCommerce UX Designer or similar role.
- Proven track record of optimizing conversion rates through UX design and CRO strategies.
- Strong proficiency in user-centered design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Experience in the men's personal care industry or subscription-based business models is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
