cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support for large scale project supporting the Government Project Management Office (PMO)
- Develop strategies, processes and procedures to support the health of the program
- Develop project / program communications
- Support management of project workstreams, coordinating across workstreams for status reporting
- Coordinate content related to briefings, engaging with senior leaders across the Government.
- Responsible for cross-team collaboration/integration management, on and offboarding support, risk and issue management support, internal project team communications, and subcontractor support/management.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- Secret security clearance
- 6 years' experience in similar role
- Project Management Office (PMO) experience
- DOD program experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Agile, Jira and Confluence
- Manage multiple priorities in high-paced environment
- Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation with multiple stakeholders and ensuring integration/collaboration occurs across all parties
- Experience with ERP / finance systems is a plus
